SUMMARY Experience mainly in Web Site Development, Software Support, and Hardware & Software Help Desk Customer Support. Experienced Windowstm Troubleshooter. I now have 20 years hands on experience on the IBM-PC. I own and maintain a Win98/XP peer-to-peer network with an Epson Color and HP laser as network printers. I spend time daily on the Internet, using Netscape Communicator 4.8/7, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and FTP software. I develop Web Sites. Create digital animation for CD's & Websites using a Canon A1 Digital Video Camera, and Sony Mavica. I have worked in Mass Mailing since being one of only 200 certified E-COM ( Electronic-Computer Originated Mail) carriers with the U.S.P.S. I have created, worked, and maintained many solicitation/tickler databases. I am expert at solving both hardware (i.e. irq) conflicts, and troubleshooting software problems. I can install all peripherals including primary & secondary hard drives, sound cards and CD's, floppies, memory, CPU's, and tape drives. I have written Computer Training manuals for both E.D.S., and my own company; INFO & MESSAGE CENTERStm and taught those classes.
